Adult Fellowships *Develop several model AF’s with a Teacher, Outreach Leader, and Care/Prayer Leader (ex. Young Adult, Parenting or Empty Nester). * Develop job descriptions and training materials for each leadership position. *Draft job description and hire a second full-time associate pastor focused on Empty Nesters and specializing in AF. *Launch a total of 6 AF’s with 18 leaders and 125 people involved	Adult Fellowships *Finish developing training materials to train teachers, outreach leaders, and care leaders. *Recruit and train 15 outreach leaders, 15 teachers, and 15 care leaders *Transition current classes and add additional AF's for a total of 15 including Young Adults, Parents of Children, Teenagers, Empty Nesters, Singles and Mature Adults with 375 people involved with 45 leaders involved.	Adult Fellowships *Add 4 more Adult Fellowships for a total of 19. This means 477 people are connected in community each weekend and growing in their knowledge of God's Word.
Small Groups *Develop Definition of a Disciple and Philosophy of Ministry (Leadership Council developed) to clarify area of small groups * Recruit and train 14 apprentices for 5 Covenant groups, 7 Growth groups, and 2 Life groups *Add one Covenant group, 3 Growth groups, and one Life group.	Small Groups *Continue to train apprentices to enable 7 Covenant groups, 15 Growth groups, 7 Life groups, and 4 Support groups located at the church and in homes throughout the region.	Small Groups *Have 37 intentional small groups, including 8 Covenant groups, 17 Growth groups, 8 Life groups, and 4 support groups located at the church and in homes throughout the region..
Coaching of Leaders *Develop training curriculum for Coaches of leaders of AF's & Small Groups. *Host half-day prayer retreats (2 times a year minimum) for all leaders	Coaching of Leaders *Recruit and train 9 AF coaches (3 teaching coaches, 3 outreach coaches, and 3 Care/Prayer coaches *Recruit and train coaching apprentices for Covenant, Growth and Life groups.
